Celebrate New Year’s Eve at Baltaire!

We are excited to ring in 2025 with our incredible guests at Baltaire's upcoming New Year's Eve party. Enjoy a very special four-course prix fixe menu with two seatings, roaming caviar & champagne carts, a supplemental wine tasting, a live DJ counting down to the new year, and a midnight toast. Ring in 2025 in style at Baltaire’s New Year’s Eve celebration. A non-refundable $100 deposit per guest is required to secure your reservation, which will be charged at the time of booking and applied to your final bill.

LOUNGE RESERVATIONS

In addition to our dining experience, we’re offering exclusive lounge packages for New Year’s Eve. Enjoy our first lounge seating from 6:00 PM - 8:30 PM with a $500 minimum spend, including a bottle of champagne and mezze. For the 9:00 PM seating through the countdown, enjoy a $1,000 minimum spend with a bottle of champagne and mezze. A non-refundable $250 deposit per guest is required to secure your reservation, charged at the time of booking and applied to your final bill.
