Yurii brings to Baltaire his passion for hospitality and his love of food and wine, which began early on working as a line cook. Continuing to build upon his passion, he attended the Scottsdale Culinary Institute where he earned his degree in Restaurant Management and Culinary Arts.
Over his 28-year career in the hospitality industry he has learned that you must treat your guests as if they are the only person in the restaurant. As the General Manager of Ruth’s Chris Steak House in Beverly Hills, he honed his skills in hospitality, understanding that you must treat guests as if they are dining in your own home. Most recently as the General Manager of Maggiano’s Little Italy in Santana Row, he worked with his culinary team to deliver beautiful food done simply, showcasing an authentic scratch kitchen, until leaving to find his new home with Baltaire.
